I'm Sarah Siegert - the only loneliness coach for expats. I help people who live abroad to create deep and meaningful connections, so they don't feel lonely anymore and can start living a healthier and more fulfilled life abroad.
I live abroad myself since 2019 and after having suffered from loneliess due to a lack of local, deep and meaningful connections I know exactly what it means to feel lonely in a new country.
